Connect an Email Provider - Zevari Docs
Connect Instantly, Smartlead, Resend, or Brevo so Zevari can send campaign email. Paste an API key; Zevari validates it and stores your verified senders.
What this does
Connecting an email provider lets Zevari send campaign and follow-up email from your verified sender addresses. Sending is driven by your agent over MCP or the API.
Steps
Go to Settings - Email Provider, choose your provider, and paste its API key. For Instantly, Zevari imports your verified sender mailboxes; for other providers your account email is used as the sender. Resend keys must start with re_ and need a verified sending domain.
Which provider
Instantly and Smartlead are recommended for cold outbound. Resend and Brevo work but are use-at-your-own-risk for cold outbound. Instantly cannot use Zevari tracked reply routing - if you want stop-on-reply, choose Smartlead, Resend, or Brevo.
Troubleshooting
Invalid key: re-copy it from your provider. Unverified domain on Resend: verify your domain in the provider first. Sender not verified: only verified-from addresses can send.
