Set Up Reply Email - Zevari Docs
Route replies back into Zevari with tracked reply aliases or a custom inbound domain, so campaign replies map to the right lead and stop the sequence.
How it works
Zevari uses tracked reply aliases like replies+<targetId>@reply.zevari.ai so a reply maps back to the right lead and stops the sequence (stop-on-reply).
Option A - managed domain (no DNS)
Use the managed reply.zevari.ai domain. Nothing to configure - tracked aliases work out of the box.
Option B - custom inbound domain
To receive replies on your own domain, add an MX record pointing to inbound-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com with priority 10, and set a forward-to address. Verification runs automatically and can take a few minutes.
Instantly caveat
Instantly cannot use tracked Reply-To, so stop-on-reply is not available with Instantly. Choose Smartlead, Resend, or Brevo if you need it.
Troubleshooting
Replies not arriving: confirm the MX record and forward-to address, and wait for verification. Sequence not stopping: confirm the provider supports tracked Reply-To (not Instantly).
