Scheduled Sales Navigator Saved Searches - Zevari Docs
How Zevari schedules Sales Navigator people searches, paces large lists safely, lands leads into lists, ICP-scores them, and when to use a one-off search instead.
What it is
Zevari runs a Sales Navigator people (Leads) search on a daily or weekly schedule, remembers a durable cursor, and adds only net-new people to a Zevari list until every result is collected.
Why the scheduler exists
You cannot safely pull thousands of Sales Navigator matches in one burst without LinkedIn rate limits or automation risk. Pace the walk — for example daily up to 500 people per run (~3,500/week when runs fill) so a ~10,000-person search lands over roughly three weeks.
When to use vs not
Use for large or durable lists and ICP-then-outreach workflows. Do not use when you only need a few leads now, are still exploring filters, or want company/account search — people/Leads only.
Requirements
Sales Navigator tier on the connected sender, a destination lead list, and exactly one of a Leads search URL or structured filters.
Create from URL
In Sales Navigator open the Leads tab, set filters, copy the browser URL, then create the scheduled saved search with that URL, cadence, per-run cap, and target list.
ICP scoring
New SN leads are autoscored in the background. Start working high-fit leads while the rest of the list is still scraping.
Exhaustion
When every result for the definition is collected, the search latches exhausted. Run now does not rescan until you change URL or filters. Soft-delete stops the schedule without wiping landed leads. Enable the Saved search exhausted notification for email.
