Workspaces and LinkedIn Sender Seats
How Zevari workspaces, team members, billing, add-on LinkedIn sender seats, and teammate LinkedIn connections work together.
Short Version
Buying a seat creates billing capacity. Assigning the seat gives that capacity to a teammate. Connecting LinkedIn finishes the teammate's sender setup.
Setup Steps
- Confirm the workspace
Make sure you are viewing the workspace that should own the billing, members, campaigns, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Buy sender capacity
In Settings, open Billing and buy the number of additional LinkedIn sender seats you need.
- Add the teammate
In Team, invite the teammate by email and choose the right workspace role.
- Assign the seat
On the Team page, assign one available sender seat to that teammate.
- Teammate connects LinkedIn
The teammate signs in, opens the same workspace, and connects their own LinkedIn account from Settings.
- Confirm connected
Return to Team and confirm the teammate's sender seat shows as connected.
Key Terms
- Workspace
The shared container for members, billing, campaigns, targets, Library assets, inbox data, safety settings, and connected LinkedIn accounts.
- Member
A person with access to a workspace. Adding a member gives workspace access, but does not automatically assign a LinkedIn sender seat.
- LinkedIn sender
A connected LinkedIn account that Zevari can use for that person, subject to Zevari safety controls and approvals.
- Add-on sender seat
A paid extra sender seat for another teammate. Buy it in Billing, then assign it on Team.
Common Seat States
- Purchased
The workspace has paid capacity for an add-on sender seat.
- Assigned
One paid seat has been reserved for a teammate.
- Pending or sponsored
The paid seat is assigned correctly, but the teammate still needs to connect LinkedIn.
- Connected
The teammate has connected their own LinkedIn account for that sender seat.
Troubleshooting
If a teammate has an assigned sender seat but does not see Connect LinkedIn in Settings, contact support. Include the workspace name, teammate email, what Team shows for that teammate, and whether they are viewing the same active workspace.
