What this does
Booking-calendar tracking watches your booking provider (Calendly, Cal.com, or Zapier) via webhooks and logs bookings as meetings in your pipeline. This is webhook tracking, not a Google or Outlook calendar sync.
Before you start
You need an active billing plan and a Calendly, Cal.com, or Zapier account.
Set it up
In Settings - Booking Calendar Tracking, create a connection. Zevari gives you a Subscriber (webhook) URL and a signing secret. Paste both into your provider's webhook settings.
What happens next
Incoming bookings are verified by signature and attributed to a lead. At 90 or higher confidence with a matched lead, the meeting is auto-logged to your pipeline. Otherwise it goes to Pipeline - Bookings for you to confirm.
Troubleshooting
Bookings not attributed: confirm the booker email or tracking matches a lead. Signature errors: re-copy the signing secret. Nothing arriving: confirm the webhook URL is saved in your provider and your plan is active.
